who generously put on this great tournament every year. 
We are just a group of friends sharing a ride to the tournament

I book the rooms and the busses in January, 
I pay the deposits on behalf of the group
I can not give you a refund for any reason!!
If you can not go, you can give me the name of
anyone else to fill your seat anytime before we leave.
This is not a travel service! This is a group of friends sharing a ride to Mexico.  Your fee pays your share of the bus ride (one seat) and all you can drink on the bus. Please drink responsibly.   

Your Fee does not include a place to stay in Mexico. 

Your Fee does not include any food. 

You may take advantage of my block of rooms with an additional payment.

NO REFUNDS I will have premium Rum, Tequila, and Vodka. Plus beer, sodas and juices. Please Drink Responsibly.

JUST TO BE CLEAR: NO REFUNDS for any reason at any time.  Sending me a payment reserves a space on the bus and/or in a room.  If you do not use that space it will be empty.  You can give away or sell your space, and give me the new name at any time before June 26th.
